Terms of Service

By accessing or using Audn.ai's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Audn.ai provides a voice agent red-teaming platform that helps organizations identify vulnerabilities in their voice-based AI systems through automated adversarial testing.

To use our Services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter contracts

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Test systems without proper authorization
• Conduct actual attacks on production systems without consent
• Share or distribute malicious code or exploits
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to breach our security measures
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• You authorize automatic renewal of subscriptions
• Usage beyond plan limits incurs additional charges
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Audn.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide the Services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the use of Services. This includes test results, vulnerabilities discovered, and implementation details.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDN.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO AUDN.AI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL DETECT ALL VULNERABILITIES OR THAT THEY WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

You agree to indemnify and hold Audn.ai harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

For enterprise customers, we offer a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that governs the processing of personal data. Contact legal@audn.ai for more information.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Services with at least 30 days notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
